Term of license for the outsourcing services
At Article 12 of the Decree 55/2013/ND-CP date May 22, 2013 detailing the implementation of clause 3 article 54 of the labor code on license for the outsourcing services, payment of deposits and list of jobs entitled to carry out outsourcing, the Term of license for the outsourcing services as bellow
1. Term of license for the outsourcing services maximally does not exceed 36 months.
2. In case of extension of license for the outsourcing services, the term shall not exceed 24 months; and number of extension times shall not exceed twice.
Term of license for the outsourcing services that is re-granted shall not exceed term of the license granted preceding.
