Payroll Processing
We ensure all employees are paid accurately and timely with the correct withholdings and deductions. additionally, the following payroll services are provided by us:
ü Advise on monthly information required for payroll processing. ü Prepare detailed monthly timeline for twelve (12) months in which we will list down the stages of payroll procession and ensure accountability by all parties. ü Consult and advise on taxability of benefits to be provided to employee.

ü Prepare payroll and financial reports. ü Prepare payslips (hard copy payslips or e-payslips). ü Prepare statutory reports as per payroll records for submission. ü Deal with queries from employees on payroll processed by Finex.

HR admin services
We will take care of your HR admin tasks and functions if you do not have a HR Department or HR Personnel in your firm. We will also help to take care of the following:
ü Submission of statutory reports to Social, Medical and Unemployment (SMU) department and Personal Income Tax (PIT) department. ü Submission of statutory reports for social securities claims by employees. ü Liaise with local authorities for statutory reports submitted. Reminders on statutory payment deadlines as per the Law. ü Attend authority audit and support in preparation of documentations requested by authorities.

ü Reminders about expiry of probationary period, expiry of Labor Contract due for renewal, expiry of statutory medical cards due for renewal, etc. ü Liaise with each employees’ queries related to payroll and statutory deductions computation. ü Assist in getting quotations for benefits-in-kind provision to employee. ü Deductions management and third party payments – ensure that all deductions are processed as per the Labor Law with proper supporting documents signed by employee. ü Filing of employees’ personal documentations as per regulation.
